Meet Douglas Brown
CEO:  Brown Outdoor Gear

 

Very simply put, the mission of Brown Outdoor Gear is to provide each customer to our store with the highest standard of customer service.

 

To begin with, I love hunting, fishing, camping and anything to do with the outdoors. This love started in my childhood with camping trips to Diamond City, Arkansas with my family. The only thing that would have made those trips better would have been better outdoor equipment like my own flashlight or a good knife.

 

Then when I was 38 my older brother Ronnie gave me a Gerber hunting knife as a Christmas present. I still use the same knife today when I go hunting. Using it brings back a lot of memories and it still retains its good sharp edge. Those experiences and memories are why Brown Outdoor Gear was born…

 

I started selling such brand names as Buck, SOG and Gerber on  EBay and Amazon  but I believe that I can save you more money with our own online website and not have to charge more because of other fees.  

 

My hope is that in fulfilling my dream I can help you build similar memories through your own adventures using equipment from Brown Outdoor Gear
