To do this, first, we chose to pack our meals in smart nitrogen flushed Mylar pouches.  These efficient, light weight pouches are uniquely sucked dry of moisture and residual oxygen through the nitrogen flushing process. The natural flavors and nutrients are sealed in tight, providing worry-free storage. Then, those pouches are packed within square Polyethylene buckets. These buckets are light weight but durable, and keep your food supply dry and safe.

In order to fully guarantee that extensive shelf life, it’s suggested that you keep your food supply in a relatively cool, dry place. The most important thing to remember is that when storing freeze-dried and dehydrated food, it is best to avoid excess humidity and heat. Our food supply is built to endure time and
